Refund Policy

To guarantee the best possible service, our stylists never have more than one client at a time. That's why we have a strict refund policy that helps ensure that we maintain a quality service that benefits our clients and our stylists.
Thus, appointments not honored and without justifications will be invoiced 25% to 50% of the total amount of the service.
Terms of full refund
If you change or cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before it, we will refund the full amount paid, i.e. the deposit if you have chosen to partially pay the service or the entire service if you have chosen to pay in full in advance. This refund will be sent to the account that made the payment.
In the case of acancellation or modification less than 48 hours in advance (services of less than 4 hours)
This reimbursement concerns all services of less than 4 hours.
If you change or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, 25% of the total service will be retained as compensation for the time and work scheduled by your stylist.
These 25% correspond to the deposit paid when making an appointment.
If you had chosen to pay the entire service in advance, we will refund 75% of the total amount of the service to the account that made the payment.
In the case of acancellation or modification less than 48 hours in advance (services of more than 4 hours)
This refund concerns all services of more than 4 hours.
If you change or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, 50% of the total service will be retained as compensation for the time and work scheduled by your stylist.
These 50% correspond to the deposit paid when making an appointment.
If you had chosen to pay the entire service in advance, we will refund 50% of the total amount of the service to the account that made the payment.
Justifications accepted
Only cases of force majeure as described below will be considered as valid proof and may result in a full refund of the service even if there is cancellation or modification of the appointment less than 48 hours before.
- Illness: You are ill and you can provide a doctor's certificate attesting that you are not able to go out.
- Death: A relative has died and you can provide a document attesting to the death or funeral of this relative.
